E. WHITTLE of London was a renowned water-colour artist and 'Profilist' during the reign of William IV and member of a well known artistic family
He particularly known for his  fine skills with women's headwear, in this case a 'Capote' bonnet, complete with 'Babolet' 

 

Condition: Good, some slight staining on the Lady- image 7
