Charming and rare porcelain mug- 'F' enamelled in little forget-me-not flowers

Manufactured by 'W H GOSS'

In 1858 Goss started his own business in Stoke-on-Trent and started to produce Ivory porcelain, Parian, and Earthenware.

To begin with at the 'Cock' works and then (circa 1870) at the 'Falcon' Works, the Falcon symbol became synonymous with WH Goss, image 4

The pieces manufactured were principally 'crested' items so this is a very unusual piece

In immaculate condition

Dimensions: Height 7.5cm, diameter at base 7.5cm, width at handle 9.5cm
