Late 18th Century outfit of white organdie dress with blue sash and a blue turban with white feather
On reverse-
'Our great, great uncle D Younger(?) of Plymouth
This used always to reside in my Gd Mothers dining rooms at Conniswood
 
Condition: 
Watercolour in excellent condition, tiny mark on left arm
Frame is in very good condition, tiny chip on bottom left hand corner
Tiny chip on left side of convex glass
